The girl by Modigliani is one of my first drawings. I was thrilled by his works which were somehow unique with empty eye sockets. His paintings are very sensual and womanly that is why my choice is justified.
The portrait which is shown above is drawn from a photo in a magazine. Originally, the article was about hair but in the drawing hair is not painstainkingly highlighted. Actually, it is one of my fist portraits prepared with my new soft pastels.. The effect is not so striking but it is enough to add that it was my first trial.
The picture- a boy cuddling little chicks is very graceful. It shows the tenderness with which the child deals with them. I believe the chicks I mean their shapes turned out to be quite well done.
Kizette agirl sleeping on the pillow is a copy of Lempicka's work. It is not so fabulous mainly because the pastels didn't draw properly but in general it reveals the true nature of Lempicka's painting.
Nice to meet you. I've been drawing since my childhood and it's my greatest hobby. I'm not a professional but I like art with a capital A. I hope you will find something special for you on my blog. Enjoy being here. Great thanks for visiting.
